Eligibility and Registration

Course Access and Usage

Technical Requirements

• Users must have appropriate hardware and software for course participation
• Stable internet connection required for online components
• Students responsible for obtaining required development tools and licenses
• We provide technical support for course platform issues only

GameCraft Studio Content

• All course content, materials, and platform features remain property of GameCraft Studio
• Limited license granted for personal educational use during enrollment period
• No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission
• Course recordings and live sessions may not be captured or redistributed
• Trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property

Student-Created Content

• Students retain ownership of original projects and assignments created during courses
• GameCraft Studio may showcase student work for educational and promotional purposes
• Students grant limited license for course evaluation and feedback purposes
• Third-party assets used in projects must comply with respective licensing terms
• Students responsible for ensuring all submitted work is original or properly licensed

Third-Party Content

• Course materials may include third-party software, tools, and assets
• Use of third-party content subject to respective license agreements
• Students must obtain appropriate licenses for commercial use of third-party tools
• GameCraft Studio not responsible for third-party licensing issues

Course Fees and Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials
• Payments processed securely through approved payment providers
• All prices listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment plans may be available for certain courses upon request
• Course prices subject to change with advance notice

Refund Policy

• Full refund available within 7 days of course start if less than 25% content accessed
• Partial refunds considered on case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances
• No refunds after 30 days from course start date
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days
• Administrative fees may apply to refund processing

Billing and Invoicing

• Invoices provided for all course enrollments
• Business invoicing available for corporate training programs
• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of billing
• Account access may be suspended for overdue payments

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99% uptime for our educational platform
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
• Course schedules may be adjusted due to instructor availability or circumstances
• Alternative arrangements provided for significant schedule changes

Service Modifications

• Course content may be updated to reflect industry developments
• Platform features and functionality subject to improvement and modification
• Significant changes to enrolled courses will be communicated to students
• We reserve the right to discontinue courses with appropriate notice
• Alternative courses or refunds offered for discontinued programs

Force Majeure

GameCraft Studio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures of third-party services.

Service Disclaimers

• Educational services provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• No representation of specific learning outcomes or career advancement
• Course completion does not constitute professional qualification or employment eligibility
• Individual learning outcomes vary based on effort, prior experience, and circumstances
• No warranties regarding compatibility with specific hardware or software configurations

Limitation of Liability

• Total liability limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service
• No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• No responsibility for lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Students assume risk of using educational content and tools
• Third-party services and tools used at student's own risk

Indemnification

Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameCraft Studio from claims arising from misuse of course materials, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights in connection with student projects or activities.

Termination by User

• Users may terminate their account at any time through account settings
• Course refunds subject to our refund policy terms
• Account data will be retained according to our privacy policy
• Some information may be retained for legal and administrative purposes

Termination by GameCraft Studio

• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Immediate termination may occur for serious violations or illegal activity
• Warning notices provided when possible before termination
• Refunds at our discretion based on circumstances of termination
• Appeal process available for disputed account terminations

Effects of Termination

• All access to courses and materials immediately revoked
• User obligations and restrictions continue after termination
• Intellectual property rights remain with respective owners
• Provisions regarding privacy, disputes, and liability survive termination

Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication. Contact us at legal@domain.com to discuss any disputes or concerns.

• Senior management involvement in resolution process

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus
• Cyprus courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes
• EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable
• International students protected by applicable consumer rights
• Arbitration may be required for certain commercial disputes

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class action lawsuits or representative proceedings.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between users and GameCraft Studio regarding use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with enforceable terms that closely match the original intent.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.

Assignment

Users may not assign or transfer their rights under these terms. GameCraft Studio may assign these terms in connection with business transfers or reorganization.
